Refund Policy
Returns
If for any reason you have changed your mind about your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us to submit a return request. Items must be shipped back to Fresneakers within 7 days of an approved request. Please note that we only accept returns for items which are in the same condition as they were received and the customer would be liable for the return postage cost unless we have made a mistake and the item purchased have been misrepresented.
Cancellations
Once your order has been placed, it can take up to 72 hours for your order to process and verify however your order may be ready to dispatch sooner than expected. If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to stop your shipment. If your item has already been dispatched, please refuse the parcel upon delivery to avoid any extra return charges. If your order has already been shipped and you have accepted the delivery of your parcel, please follow the return procedures above.
Please note that if your order has already been dispatched and you would like to cancel your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your item has been returned, a full refund will be made for your order. All refunds will be issued to your original payment card/method and expected to appear back into your account within 3-5 days after processing.
Any international orders where custom, duties and taxes have been charged, unfortunately we are unable to refund these charges and costs. The refund will be the tax free price that was charged for your order.
